I started going to The Boot camp Guy because it was time for a change.  I didn’t want to diet again so I made the decision to start working out.  Like so many other people I did the on again off again membership for years with no results. Finally I had had enough.   My search for better health and overall well being brought me to Chris The Boot Camp Guy. You are challenged and pushed at every class. Chris seems to find a new muscle to work every time I go. I no longer worry about how much I weight but can now look in the mirror and see the changes in my body. My arms are thinner and more toned, I’ve lost two chest sizes and one pant size. But most of all I feel great. Thank you for helping make me a better me.
