I have been going to The Boot Camp Guy for 5 months and have noticed incredible differences in the way I look and feel. I joined the Boot Camp Guy because I wanted a workout regime that was flexible for me and that wouldn’t get boring. With a variety of different workout options throughout the week at all different times, all of the classes keep me working hard to achieve my results. The instructors do a great job of keeping me motivated to work hard throughout the entire hour and the fast paced workouts ensure that I am reaching my max potential.  Signing up for the classes is also a great way of making sure I actually go to the classes and don’t skip.
