Kim CAlthough I grew up an athlete, and lived a healthy lifestyle, 4 years of college put me at a sedentary place; I was overweight, unhappy, and uncomfortable in my own skin. When I gave birth to my daughter in 2008, I knew I had to make some changes in my life in order to set the right example for her. I dabbled with different gyms, but no results were to be had, for the simple reason that I was not enjoying my fitness routine- I was bored! I discovered The Boot Camp Guy, and within 2 weeks I was absolutely hooked. Chris Brown and his team of instructors are motivating, and make working out SUPER FUN! Classes are never boring- loud music, motivational words; interesting and creative moves, routines and exercises. Chris encourages me to push myself harder and harder each week, and is really involved with the personal success of each individual in class. I had no idea I would become so excited about health and fitness...I love the changes my life has made since I've joined TBCG.
