"When I first contacted Chris, I admitted that I was scared to attend. Not because I was scared of "boot camp" per se, but being afraid that I had to finally admit to myself that I'd allowed myself to become terribly out of shape and unhealthy. After the first 10 minutes of my first class, I struggled, but I didn't stop. I was having so much fun moving around and doing things I hadn't done in years. It's only been about 6 weeks now and I have attended classes on a regular basis and I see and feel results. Now, I'm not scared to be measured, weighed, or challenged.
